By submitting content through this form, you grant Diaka Media, Diaka Future, their affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, licensees, partners, and representatives an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, edit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, monetize, promote, archive, broadcast, transmit, license, sublicense, and otherwise exploit the submitted content in any media format now known or later developed.

You acknowledge that Diaka Media shall have the unrestricted right to use submitted content for editorial, entertainment, commercial, promotional, educational, documentary, advertising, marketing, licensing, archival, and business purposes without additional approval, notification, or compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Irrevocable License

By submitting content, you acknowledge that the rights granted to Diaka Media are irrevocable and may not be withdrawn, revoked, rescinded, terminated, or otherwise canceled after submission except where prohibited by applicable law.

Future Technologies & AI Rights

You acknowledge that submitted content may be processed, edited, enhanced, analyzed, indexed, summarized, translated, captioned, transformed, recreated, or incorporated into productions using artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, automated systems, and future media technologies developed after the date of submission.

Name, Image & Likeness Release

To the extent that you or any authorized participant appears in the submitted content, you grant Diaka Media the unrestricted right to use names, images, likenesses, voices, appearances, biographies, and related identifying information in connection with the submitted content and related productions, promotions, publications, and media campaigns.

No Confidential Relationship

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or sensitive information through this platform.

Submission of content does not create a confidential relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or business relationship between you and Diaka Media.

Waiver of Moral Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights, attribution rights, integrity rights, approval rights, or similar rights associated with the submitted content.

Monetization Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Diaka Media may monetize, license, sublicense, syndicate, distribute, sell advertising against, promote, or otherwise commercially exploit submitted content without additional approval, notification, royalties, or compensation unless separately agreed to in writing.

Attribution

Diaka Media may provide attribution, tags, credits, mentions, or acknowledgments at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to identify or credit any submitter.

Representation & Warranty

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian permission.
You own the content or possess all rights necessary to grant this license.
The content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The content was lawfully obtained.
Any individuals prominently featured have granted appropriate permissions where required.
The content does not knowingly contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing material.

Minors

If any individual under the age of 18 appears in the submitted content, you represent and warrant that you are the parent, legal guardian, or possess all necessary permissions and legal authority to authorize the submission and grant the rights described in this Agreement.

Right To Refuse, Remove, Or Decline Content

Diaka Media reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, reject, remove, archive, edit, discontinue, suspend, decline to publish, or otherwise determine the use of any submission for any reason or no reason at all.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Diaka Media, Diaka Future, their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, judgments, settlements, or legal fees arising out of or related to your submission, including copyright disputes, ownership disputes, privacy claims, publicity claims, or violations of third-party rights.

Compensation Disclosure

Unless expressly agreed to in writing, all submissions are voluntary and unpaid. Submission of content does not create any entitlement to compensation, employment, partnership, agency, ownership interest, revenue sharing, royalties, or future business opportunities.

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to this submission shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
