How Casting Works
When opportunities become available, roles will be publicly listed through our casting portal with clear project details, character breakdowns, filming expectations, location requirements, compensation structures, and submission deadlines. Every casting opportunity is reviewed intentionally to ensure alignment
between talent, project needs, and overall production vision.
Selected applicants may be invited to callbacks, chemistry reads, self-tapes, interviews, or additional production conversations depending on the scale and nature of the project.
Compensation & Project Expectations
Talent selected for standard productions will receive payment within 72 hours following confirmed completion of filming, unless otherwise documented in writing. Compensation structures may vary depending on role complexity, production scale, shoot duration, exclusivity requirements, and project type.
All Diaka Media productions provide on-set meals and refreshments because great work deserves great energy. In addition, credited talent will receive professional production credits, including IMDb eligibility and applicable media recognition for qualifying projects.
For projects involving longer filming schedules, episodic work, confidential productions, or extended commitments, compensation structures, timelines, and participation agreements will be discussed privately and documented confidentially.
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
Certain productions may involve unreleased intellectual property, sensitive storylines, brand partnerships, or confidential creative materials. As such, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be required prior to receiving scripts, production details, filming schedules, or confidential project information.
All confidentiality agreements, appearance releases, image usage permissions, compensation agreements, and production documentation will be completed during the submission and onboarding process where applicable.
